Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of the OnPar Fire & EMS platform (the "Service") provided by Whyte Line Holdings LLC dba OnPar Fire & EMS. It is part of our Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

  1. Falsify records. Enter controlled-substance counts, signatures, seal verifications, or checklist confirmations you did not actually perform, or sign as a witness to an event you did not witness.
  2. Share credentials. Each user account belongs to one person. Signature and witness features depend on individual identity.
  3. Submit prohibited data. No patient care records or PHI, social security numbers, payment card numbers, or other data the Service is not designed to hold — the full list is in “What we do not collect”. A Data Processing Addendum is available to departments on request.
  4. Probe or disrupt. No penetration testing without written permission, no attempts to access another department's data, no reverse engineering, scraping, or resale of the Service.
  5. Break the law. No use of the Service in violation of the Controlled Substances Act, state pharmacy or EMS regulations, or any other applicable law.

Administrator responsibilities

Department administrators are responsible for: deactivating accounts when personnel leave, assigning roles appropriately (narcotics access in particular), and reviewing discrepancy reports and audit logs.

Enforcement

Provider may suspend an account or department that materially violates this AUP, with notice to the department's administrator, and will restore access when the violation is cured. Controlled-substance custody records are never altered or deleted as part of enforcement — the audit trail survives any suspension.

Reporting

Report suspected abuse or security issues to support@onparfireems.com. Good-faith security reports are appreciated and will not result in action against the reporter.
