Reporting a bug

The more of this you include, the faster the fix:

• What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
• The screen you were on (for example: Inventory, Checks, Narcotics, Schedule).
• Your device and iOS version (for example: iPhone 15, iOS 19), or the browser if you were on the web app.
• A screenshot if you can — but never include patient information in a screenshot or bug report.

If something looks wrong in a controlled-substance record, say so in the subject line — those reports go to the front of the line.

Signing in

OnPar signs you in with a magic link or one-time code sent to your work email — there's no password to forget. If the email doesn't arrive, check spam, confirm the address with your department administrator, and ask them to resend your invitation from the Admin console.

Getting access

OnPar is invite-only: access is provisioned by your department. There is no self-serve signup. If your department already uses OnPar, ask an officer or administrator to send you an invitation. If your department is new to OnPar, request a demo and we'll get you set up.
